  1. My goals for sept is to have lost 5 lbs my next fill sept 14th. I've only been losing 1lb a month and I've been working really hard since my last fill. Others for sept: - go to the gym at least 3x a week. -get my 60 g of protein in a day. - drink more water
  2. I'm new to this how does this work? Do we do a goal for the week?
  3. I work at an assisted living facility and when I first started I over heard the residents in the diningroom say look how big she is and blah blah I cried and cried. But the PP was right you can change fat but you can't change ugly! So keep that in mind

  7. See my doc gives big fills my first was 3 and second was 2. I have the 10cc band. I just started the gym this week and I'm gonna try eating more protein and see if that helps.
  8. Hi all I was banded may of this year. As of 8/17 I have only lost 15 lbs. I know I'm eating a lot less drinking a lot of water and am more active. My second fill I'm feeling a lot more restriction so I'm hoping that will make a difference next appt. Anyone else going through the same thing
  9. I had my iud removed because it fell out and ripped my uterus, if you want another method I really like the depo shot

  11. I'm starting the challenge late but here are the stats: weight on surg day 303. Current weight 285. Goal sept 14 I want to have lost 6 lbs. By jan 1 20 lbs would be nice : )

  13. Her band is too tight it sounds. That is not normal. As long as you eat slow you won't have that prob. Hth

  19. ok i thought i wouldnt have an appetite for awhile after surgery but the day after i came home from the hosp i am starving! i am following the sample 1 to 2 week meal plan but im worrying that something is wrong with me. did anyone else have this problem? thanks!
