Hi all just checking in. Had my 5 month lap band follow up and lost 4 lbs since last month! I hope everyone is doing good. I've been swamped with school and work and what not that its crazy

I need advice. I fell off the wagon and needs back on. What started it was when I was sick I stopped going to the gym and then got better but started back at college full time last week and full time midnights I really have no ambition to exercise and my diet has gone crazy! I'm so frustrated.

Suzie, I know I'm debating the flu shot I got it last year twice after getting the flu shot( passing it back and fourth from my daughter) but at the same time I can't miss work for 6mos. Ladies idk what to do. As I said before about work and got a flat tire. Well tonight was my first night back and I had to come in at 7p for a call in. So I went up to my one coworker that worked the night I didn't come in and told me" I'm not one to throw punches but I wanted to punch you in the face" wth is wrong with people, stuff happens its life. Hi michelle my hubby is a fire fighter too. Tracy- that recipee sounds good, and my hubby pretty much demolished the cookies lol. Terry- do you need another fill?
