Hi all just checking in. Had my 5 month lap band follow up and lost 4 lbs since last month! I hope everyone is doing good. I've been swamped with school and work and what not that its crazy

I need advice. I fell off the wagon and needs back on. What started it was when I was sick I stopped going to the gym and then got better but started back at college full time last week and full time midnights I really have no ambition to exercise and my diet has gone crazy! I'm so frustrated.

Suzie, I know I'm debating the flu shot I got it last year twice after getting the flu shot( passing it back and fourth from my daughter) but at the same time I can't miss work for 6mos.
