Has anyone taken up Bycyling?
Fitlinxx looks cool. It also looks a little dirty with the XX like it's got an X rating or something. Awesome you are not sore. Renee hit traffic and missed most of our appointment yesterday. I'm trying to figure out what to do the next few days in the gym. I'm tracking stuff, so no doubt I'll figure it out. HP Good luck with the fill.

The use of the word "Nazi"
I can't stand to see the use of the word Nazi as pertaining to a fill-Nazi, a femme-Nazi, gym-Nazi, or soup-Nazi. It just makes me think people have no real clue just how horrible the Nazis actually were. To toss it around so easily makes people even less sensitive to the vast inhumanity of WWII. When someone says they are a Nazi I want to ask them if they systematically burn, mutilate, and torture the people with whom they disagree? Just had to vent.

Has anyone taken up Bycyling?
I got to looking at my old food logs trying to see how I was eating when I was losing better, so I'm trying to relive some of those days with my food. It's not all together bad, things like adding fruit not granola to my yogurt and drinking tea, not coffee in the morning. At any rate, I'm 5 pounds behind my monthly goal of 10 pounds, and I need to dig a little deeper. It's not the workouts, it's the food. So here we go.

JC I can't believe you dragged your bike. That's kind of funny. Yeah, it's about time for you to get your ass in gear and ride a real bike. Instead of lounging and peddeling at the same time. New bike looks sweet.

OPINIONS PLEASE: On weight loss competitions
I say go for it, you're going to improve your health and really do major good stuff for yourself along the way. The odds of 1/60 aren't bad, but I'd worry about hurting other people's feelings at the end, not now. And if the owners know the deal you're don't need to borrow trouble wondering about the other competetor's issues.

Yes...another hair loss question!
I've kept coloring mine throughout the falling out process. At about 4 months it stopped for me. I have long thinner hair with a halo of a bunch of 2 inch or shorter hairs around my head. My hair dresser has been pretty great through it all.

Has anyone taken up Bycyling?
Yeah, My head is in a fog in regard to my food. I'm stopping at Starbucks more often and snacking on crackers like I know I shouldn't. Starbucks is no-fat, but the milk has calories and the caffeine is devine....drooling I track my food for a day or two but then I miss a day. It's such a bother, but I know it's what I have to do. I'm trying again to commit to tracking. That inveriably makes me do better. Do we ever get to eat like normal people? Or do normal people eat that cheesecake and not much else for the rest of day? Aren't we pathetic.... I felt so shitty Saturday night with the chocolate and marshmallows, I don't know that I'll be eating them again. It could have been something else, but I'm blaming the uber sugar load. Okay, up beat---- So the Y, do they have child care? Do your kids swim? Sounds like a blast. I know the newer Y's are fantastic. Is you DH getting involved too? Renee was good to me yesterday. Today is balance and arms. I'm actually looking forward to it. She put heavier weights in my hands yesterday than I thought I could do, and I did it!!! That was a good feeling. I might not have a butt that can be made to look hot, but I can get the arms, shoulders and back of my dreams. I know I can!

Has anyone taken up Bycyling?
Oh Stacy, I'm sorry you're frustrated. I'm with you. Is it because not eating cake feels like being punished? There are days when I'm like, "I don't care if I ever eat sugar again" then there are days where I eat it and feel gulity. Then there are days that I want it and resist and I don't feel proud, I feel piss. Does any of that feel like you? My problem now is that when I was more restricted I ate higher fat foods, but very little. Now I can eat more but I've not switched back to low fat, so my calories are high. My weight loss is actually slower since I was filled than before. WTF is that about? Oh, the number of calories.... Marshmallow eating contest anyone?

I'm on the look out for some dirty boxing gym to go train at. I want to have a boxer's body. Talk about cut! What's the name of the gym you joined? Think of all the time you'll have to work out now that your schedule is going to change!

Birth of baby to Lap Band
I don't have any real reason to have an opinion, but I'm going to have one anyway. You need to recover from your pregnancy then have this surgery. Getting the lapband installed is serious business and you'll be out of it for a bit. Caring for a newborn and recovering from the surgery don't seem like a logical mix. What's your rush? Enjoy your new baby, give it a few months then pursue the band. Just one girl's opinion.

Cool. Spinning is harder than hell. You go girl. Renee, the evil 120 pound, 50 year old trainer put me through some paces today. We are attempting to find then sculpt my abs, so that when I get plastic surgery they will be identifiable. JC, dude, you're a mess. I can't wait to see the pictures. Have one last bight of bread because it's going to be a while. HP, I think the winter was made for gym memberships. When it's yucky outside you can still go there and get your sweat on.

I'm super busy at work...but not so much I can't check in here. I'm working out with the trainer today. I'll be sure to belly ache about that tomorrow, but I'm excited for the challenge. Hope everyone is well!

Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgendered Bandsters
Flipper you've got that right, I'm the hotel staying anti-camping lesbian. I'm not alone... The camping part if fine, even if I do have to put on shoes in the middle of the night to pee, but the packing and lugging all the stuff is not my idea of fun. I don't see me camping again unless it's in a well equipped cabin... Juli the anti camping diva lesbian.

Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgendered Bandsters
Caresa, Welcome. You'll be just fine. It's cool that your partner has the band. It seems that couples tend to do well together with it. Three months is pretty quick from consultation to banding. It took me 14. If you are really concerned with the emotional part take yourself to a therapist. I did and it was the best choice I could have made. I still see her. Keep us posted. And of course we're interested in what you write. We wouldn't be on this board if we weren't.

D, I realized I was supposed to call you on Saturday and I didn't. I'm sorry. I was a bit frazzeled before the ride, I forgot my phone charger and for real acting like a big ditz. Sorry.
