I do have a copy. I printed it out. Don't worry. They'll be more to come.
  7. That's awesome Julie! You will rock that weight right off of you in no time. Keep up the great work!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: (3 for the 3lbs) WOOT
  8. Leenerbups, Also too, I saw on Celebrity Fit Club where one of the larger women, (comedian) had a body wrap done the day before weigh in or the day of weigh in and she didn't lose weight but she lost lots of inches. She lost, if I can remember correctly, 1.5 inches in each arm, 1 or 2 full inches around her waist, 1.5 inches on her thighs, etc. I don't know the cost but it was a body wrap at a spa. This will shrink your fat cells from what I hear. Just an idea.
  9. LOL! That's right! Kill Kill Kill!
  10. I received a referral from my Dermatologist to go to a Plastic Surgeon for a consult. I need a resurfacing mole to be removed and will get some advice on the TT and breast lift. I will ask him about the TT and what the standards are as far as how long we should wait, how close we should be to goal weight, etc. I will follow up here and let you guys know what he says. I will most likely not have the P.S. done in the US, I may see Dr. Cardena's (Funny's Doc) for the surgery since I've heard nothing but good things about him. Research...doing lots of research now.
  11. ............., lol What makes you think they don't already think that of me?
  12. I got you girlie girl. I'm am easily distracted today. Why is it that I don't want to do any work? No paperwork!!!
  13. Yipes Jarquin, Have you ever seen me biking down Pleasant Hill Road? That's the route I take. From Poinciana (deep in the heart of Poinciana) to the CVS and Walgreens or Eckerds near Publix, lol. My in-laws live right off of Pleasant Hill. Back to your aftercare, Dr. Grossbard is one of the doctors on that team. I don't know of any other doctor in this area that would do it, however I know Mexico is far, but I'd go there in a heartbeat to get a fill. I'd mix it in with a little vacation. My friend Tricia_K has a doctor in Louisiana, Dr. Lavin who I hear is really awesome. He's not that close but 6 - 8 hour drive is not bad for good aftercare I'd say.
  14. OMG!!! I live in Kissimmee, Florida, in Poinciana to be precise. I have www.fillcentersusa.com as my fill aftercare and was scheduled for today but I cancelled it. I want to keep trying to do this without a fill for as long as I possibly can. Fillcenterusa has a Tampa, Clermont and another place. They are opening up centers all over the U.S. soon. I also had Dr. Rumbaut as my surgeon. Nothing but great things. BTW, Fillcentersusa had no problems taking me in, in fact, it wasn't even an issue that I was banded abroad. To answer your question, I believe there is port site pain becuase it is a foreign object that has been stitched right in place. The band itself is also stitched in place but it's so internal that you can't feel it. The port is a ball and it pertrudes a bit. It can irriate you and cause some discomfort. I don't feel any pain now, however if I jump really hard or do something crazy like flop on my bed..on my belly, I'll feel some sharp pain.

  17. Yay, we got EmileeKaye, Tann, Tricia_K, Cozzie, BPM and myself. Ok...I won't look at the scale until Monday. I want to be surprised. I swear to god if that scale goes up, I'm killing something LOL, GOOD LUCK FOLKS. LET THE WEEKEND CHALLENGE, BEGIN!!!!!!
  18. Agreed. The only medical advice I'll take is that in which my doctor gives me. No one elses.
  19. Nolagirl, TriciaK lives out there near New Orleans. You, Jennifer28 and Tricia should make a little New Orleans Lapband support group. That would be cool.
  20. ................................................ Pretty much repeating what I said.
  21. 07/21/2006 Going to the YMCA pool with my darling daughter (DD), then hit the pavement if (DH) gets home early enough for a quick 2 mile run. If not, run on the home treadmill. Actually did: 1 mile run 10min 30 min pilates dvd 1.5 hours swimming/frolicking mainly 400 crunches
  22. Ok Tann, I have you on the list. Anyone else? I will put the list together tonight and post it. The reward for this challenge is a happier scale!
  23. YAY SUNSETT! YOUR NEWS MADE MY MORNING. LOVE TO HEAR STUFF LIKE THIS. You go girl!
  24. Funny thing too, there are a few people in here who are in the "medical field" such as myself, who find it easy to jump into a thread and totally challenge it or try to immediately use their credentials to become an alarmist. Don't let a credential (b/c I know MANY medical providers that aren't 100% all knowing, why do you think we need a 2nd opionion?) get you scared or feeling stupid.
  25. Like I said before, I've had several cleanses and it's amazing how my skin changed afterwards, how my belly flattened, how gas disappeared, what I saw come out that didn't look like anything I ate and how much weight I lost in the process.... Quackery or not... no one here is a Gastroenterologist so just chill. If you are curious about cleaning out your colon, try it. Either you'll see what I saw or you won't. Make your own discoveries and base your findings on evidence v/s heresay.
