  4. It's against my religion to blatantly kill anything.. lol I get about 4 napkins and go to grab them. If they die during this process then I am not a murderer.. but if they live, then I let them go outside, releasing them from the napkins.
  5. P'Nut, you are loved. I hope you know that.
  6. I am in a Stucco home, so that includes me. Uggh!
  7. Nothing from the "insect" species will ever enter my mouth unless it's from me biking or riding. :speechles
  8. Thank you Cadydid and Aussie chick. Your posts helps me greatly. I feel better equipped for this surgery. I will have it done in a few months. I am loathing the drains. Aussie Chick, your profile on obesityhelp.com was pretty cool. I love the ring btw. Your progress has been well journalized. I would like to redo mine, too bad though I was too shy to have my husband take pics of me so I took them myself with my web cam. Got too many grainy pics. Thanks ladies.. helps bunches.
  9. Wow Heathergurl, we are the same size jeans. How cool is that?

  16. Charmine toilet paper company owners love us! They make a fortune b/c we've got more to wipe???
  17. That's good Kat. The thing with my home is I live on the back of a 200+ acre forest conservation and no one can build a house behind me, it's all forest. I see everything from armadillos to wild boar and on occaision, black bears. It's pretty country here.. I caught a grasshopper a few days ago for the kids. It was on my back porch relaxing. Kids were scared of it, but I just picked it up, brought it to my office and measured that sucker. It's length was 6.25 inches. I had hoped it wasn't poisionous b/c there are soo many insects evolving. We get crazy things here, no doubt. But imagine a 6 inch sub from subway and a grasshopper longer than that. Damn, should have snapped a shot.
  18. Hahah, I'm slow! I just got that Tripod thing...:heh: Now that reminds me of "War of the Worlds" what a great sci fi thriller.

I don't know what it is about running that makes me feel free. It is not competitive. It's free from that. I feel things that I'd like to try and put into words. My heart races within me, fighting to beat through my chest. Beads drip down my neck. My eyes blinded by my own sweat. I feel free of pain. Free of worries. Further down, miles away, I feel some discomfort, pain echoes through me. Pain.. in my sides soon turns into numbing . The numb feeling goes away. My mind ignores it. My feet ... are they mine? I see my knee caps, one after another. My feet, a blurr. I don't know how fast I'm moving but I feel like I'm flying. My head, arms and legs moving in sync to the beat of the song in my iPod. "Turn it up" Chamillionare My arms move with full force, one after another, propelling me forward. Pulling myself forward, faster, harder. I'm growing stronger. I can see it, I've got my eyes on the prize. Miles go by and I'm still alive. The sun beams, burning the nape of my neck, my arms, my chest, my ankles. My sunglasses, shielding my eyes from the rays. Shielding bugs from my eyes. Miles pass by.. My heart races faster, it's not finished but I am for now... I breathe, focusing on my pace, talking my heart back down... I see the prize.....Telly
