  1. Hey there Tricia. Hope you are completely moved in and in the 2 month process of unpacking. I've been in my home for a year and 1 month and haven't finished hanging my artwork yet. I don't think we will be here long so I don't even bother.
  2. I did a long bike trudge yesterday. It was a great sunshiny day. Felt good to get out and hit the pavement. What did you all do?
  3. Yes. It used to take me 2 hours 15 minutes to do the 35 mile trudge. Now It takes me a little under 2 hours and I have 3 kinds of bikes. 1 is a Trek racer (which I used yesterday) - it's a 5k bike - carbon frame Columbia - Mountain bike, I use often but this one kills me, not as light or as fast - $350.00 bike Mongoose - Mountain bike, Wal-mart but great bike either way. $259.00 bike There is another bike that I never use anymore. It was 60.00usd but the kids use that one.
  4. omG Diva. You are very organized. Your song selections are pretty cool too. I'm digging the 70's and summer of 2006 era.
  5. Ok... DUHHH people. You are missing the picture here. Old threads that no one frequents.... get rid of it, free up some space. Alex spend quite a bit of money to pay for the space on this very active forum. Just remember, people will ask the same question that was asked in another thread, every single day- in turn starting a new thread about the same thing. There's soo much repitition on here. Free up some space. If you need help, just ask..again and again as usual. Nothing new here people.
  6. My dermatologist insisted it was not the protein. I consume over 150g of protein per day, hair still coming out. I don't remember having as much prior to banding. My doc did state that the body ..at an excelerated weight loss will go through stress, shock, thyroid and hormonal changes. All are relative to hair loss. He stated that he himself takes biotin which was very good for you. *He looks soo gorgeous, gorgeous skin, and hair* He did state that what I had would self correct but that my protein intake was good and not to worry about protein and hair. I'm sure he wouldn't lie to me. I have been to the chat room on obesityhelp.com and I asked the question about hairloss and im throwing this number out there but 8 out of 10 people I stood in that room with, suffered noticeable hair loss. They just don't like talking about it b/c it was brushed off after the initial 'yes I lost alot or almost all of my hair but it's back".
  7. Suggestion: Get rid of any thread over 1 year old that is not band related
  8. Roflmao!!! You crack me up! Hehe, a ballchinian. A new species, derived from the movie MIB.
  9. I set my goal based on how I looked before the weight gain. 135lbs is reasonable for me but if I really want to be extremely fit with like 4% body fat on my big boned, short height, 125lbs is good.
  10. ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
  11. New songs I downloaded that rock my world: (When you gonna) give it up - Sean Paul Stars Are Blind - Paris Hilton Fightin Over Me - Paris Hilton, Jadakiss, Fat Joe

  13. Dawg, You're soooo damn wrong for that post. And while I tried to avoid reading it. I read it and it pains me. I think I threw up a little..in my mouth.
  14. I do have a pet peave which drives my eyes a different direction when I see it. It's when a person types a long story and they do not separate thoughts or ideas. They bunch it all into one huge paragraph. It is usually or approximately 1,000 words in length, all smushed together. It hurts me to try and read it that way, it also bores me to no end. I think this is a complaint.
  15. I'm glad it was down. I hoped everyone got out and did something computer-less
  16. Or excuse mongers
  17. I dislike complainers
  18. Gonnabethin, exactly so. 5 - 6 meals per day, whether Protein shakes, yogurt, fully loaded salads... whatever (food choice and portions).. Eating more frequently and working out makes your body a fat burning machine. Think locomotive - coal.... fuel that baby.. feed it Also too, if I determined that my caloric intake was too low for the day, I will drink Muscle milk. It's packed with calories and some fat, (good fat).
  19. I always drink with my meals. I can't help it. I feel like I'm going to choke if I don't. I've always been that way.
  20. Garden mixed salad - whole bag for the day 1 can of albacore tuna 2 thai chilli peppers 1/2 of a freshly cut lime and squeezed in the salad as a dressing red onions 10 garlic croutons 2 slices (deli thin sliced) Muenster cheese **eaten with chopsticks** That salad meal was for 2 meals 1 serving of Isopure for breakfast 1/2 of the salad for lunch 1/2 serving of Isopure for snack 4 oz of watermelon 1/2 of the salad for dinner 1 light dannon yogurt drink 1.2 gallons of Water throughout the day
  21. Sheesh, it's almost September and I am not where I wanted to be in weight. Not bad for 4 months post op. As of today, I've lost 80lbs. Wooot!
  22. Oh no, please don't say that. We are all different and shouldn't compare ourselves.
  23. Today: 35 mile bike ride - 1 hour 55minutes 7 mile jog
  24. LOL. Oh GOSH??? This is too funny. Religion is the worst subject to talk about in a world of many religions. People are very passionate about their beliefs. The mere subject sets people ablaze.

Ok, I have to post this. I bought some lacy boy undies. No this is not an attempT to audition for porn. It's just that I have an ass now and I need to see it on a screen so I can criticize it. :heh: Only a select few of you will have access to this entry.
