Daily Menus for Maintenance
Urgent care told me I don't need ER as long as can can keep foods down and don't have a fever. The pain comes and goes every time it gets terrible to the point of me wanting to go to ER it gets better... and as far as food goes I am forcing it in and its staying in me.

Here's what I managed to get in me today 730- coffee with almond milk 1230- coffee with milk 500- .5 cup vegetable soup 730- .5 cup vegetable soup 800- 1cup cut up raw veggies with lite ceaser dressing 900- .5 cup vegetable soup 1030- 1/4 lavash rollup + 1 oz pastrami ------------------------------------------------------------------- Totals- 433 cals/ 23g protien/32g net carbs/23g fat Hoping to get some answers at tomorrow's appointment as to why I've been feeling so bad. Strangely the scale said 171 this morning which is 5 lbs up in 2 days where I haven't really eaten much so either scale is broken or I'm retaining fluid like crazy.

30 months PO/ 5'2"/ CW 166.6 --------------------------------------------------------------------- Dont have much of a menu to post. Most of what I ate came back up. I spent most of Saturday sleeping (@ms.sss I guess I slept for both of us), but still not feeling better. If I dont feel better by this afternoon will take a trip to urgent care. Trying to stay positive, The 1 plus of being sick is the scale going down lol!

Migraines
I deal with migraines but have had them since I'm a teen. There are many different triggers for migraines and no 2 ppl are the same. Dehydrated and messed up hormones might be a trigger for you. As for what helps I buy lavender cooking patches that go on forhead, and lots of sleep. The longest I had them last at a time was 2 weeks.

Greek yogurt
Anyone out there with a Greek yogurt recipe that doesn't contain fruits? I am extremely picky and rely on certain foods for my proteins. I usually blend frozen fruits with plain greek yogurt, but lately the fruits give me sugar spikes and makes me hungry. I hate the taste/ texture of yogurt. So I need a low carb replacement for my frozen fruits.

Daily Menus for Maintenance
Hope y'all enjoy long posts as much as me!!! Lol so Monday and Tuesday I did long fasts and only ate blended/ smoothie food. I would've loved to continue Wednesday but since my adorable nephews woke me up at 530 a.m. and fasting on almost no sleep is very difficult for me. You would think waking up this early (2+ hours earlier than usual) I would have time to prepare food, but they kept me busy. So I had to grab food at local supermarket. I did my best to choose right foods. Surprisingly enough I didn't really feel hungry until late night thankfully I was able to control myself. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Wednesday feb 5 29 months PO/ 5'2" / CW 173 --------------------------------------------------------------------- 600 a.m. coffee + almond milk 945 a.m. lite greek cheese snack 100 p.m. veggies + 1 oz tuna + mayo 500 p.m. 1 oz cheddar cheese / coffee + almond milk 630 p.m. 1 oz tuna + mayo 845 p.m. plain Greek yogurt + pb powder 1130 p.m. nugo slim protien bar / coffee+ almond milk + whipped cream --------------------------------------------------------------------- Totals- 790 cals / 71g protien/ 41g net carbs / 35g fat

Sorry to hear you had such a hard time. The chances of someone arresting during wls is extremely low. Do you have a new surgery date yet?
