Don't have many before pictures I always hid from the camera. This is me 2 months prior surgery at approx 275 lbs and me 28 months PO approx 180 lbs. I definitely still have work to do!! Feel free to post your own progress. I can use some visual motivation

Two month progress on duodenal switch surgery. White t shirt was the night before surgery, I weighed in around 287 if I recall, and I was about 235 in the black t shirt two months later. High weight about 60 days before surgery was 308.

6 weeks post op, and it's crazy the difference already... I don't realize much has changed because my clothes still fit, but that's because I bought them when I was around this weight before, so they're actually a TON looser. ❤️ Congrats to everyone on their journey making progress.
