  1. Oh a sweet potato sounds lovely. Thanks for the great ideas!
  2. I just can’t be obsessive about it and I can be so I’m trying to be good and only weigh in once a week.
  3. im eating the ricotta bake a lot, tired of tuna and chicken salad. Still drinking shakes and hoping to hear some ideas from you all.
  4. It’s tough. My desk is right in my bedroom by the scale. It’s too easy.
  5. Congrats. It’s such a relief when you finally get that date.
  6. I weigh weekly on sundays as I get up after I use the bathroom. But I do cheat sometimes and weigh myself during the week since I work from home. I try not to because weight fluctuates so much during the week and i don’t want to panic myself.
  7. What exactly is an air fryer and where do you buy one?
  8. I had gerd pretty bad before surgery and haven’t had one episode since I was sleeved.
  9. Hi there. I had the sleeve July 10th also and feel as though once I started real food my weight loss slowed. It’s frustrating. Are you taking in enough fluids? 10. That’s awesome. I hope to gain some confidence over the next few months and start dating.
  11. Hi all. Today was a milestone for me. Had sleeve surgery July 10th and today was my first big family get together. Lots of family and food. I am proud of myself. Asked ahead of time for chicken and veges I could eat. Stayed away from hamburgers and hot dogs and birthday cake. Not easy but I did it.
