Six years ago today, I had my sleeve surgery. I was 275 pounds. My goal weight was 200 pounds. I hit my goal pretty quickly. I am proud to say that, six years later, I am still

under 200 pounds. Im am 58. I just had my yearly physical. Before surgery I was unhealthy and pre-diabetic. Doc told me last week that I have the health and blood-work of a 30-year old.
