Chattycat, I use Spring Valley Prenatal multivitamin/multimineral with folate, I bought a 100 count bottle at Wal-Mart. I think it cost less than $10. So far my levels are super cool. Also take Magnesium for leg cramping, liquid calcium citrate, Sublingual B12, Carafate, Wellbutrin(for mildish depression) and that's pretty much it!

Or fix something healthy everyone else can also eat. If all else fails , claim to be recovering from stomach issues, it's only a Gray lie after all!

And Lillyrose things were no better at 5ft8in and 365 pounds in October 2017. My weight kept creeping up, and it seemed like starving myself , diets and deprevation had no real effect. I was a Sad tired plump puppy-person without much hope. I swore I saw the Death Angel standing & beckoning with his finger. Was I going to join all my school friends who were deceased, should I just give up and let Death claim me? No I am red-headed , I am not giving up without a fight. I came into the ? red-headed, red-faced and screaming, I planned to exit this life more or less the same although I prefer clothed. I do get cold! And at 72, I had to do some tall talking, but finally had RnY surgery September 5th 2018, there are chapters to my story still being written , better than having the covers closed and patched.

Good Morning Mikeyy, it's only a little after 7AM in the Eastern Time zone of the USA, many seem to be sleeping in. Elcee is Ballarat Victoria, my Friend Taoz is also in Australia. Had my own RnY almost 10 weeks ago at 72, not doing perfect with recovery but I am fixable. Wiley Coyote , the cartoon character always talked about his "Great Brain", let's see what mine comes up with. Hey did I update you on my latest? Dr Noria did stretch my stricture out a little, that was the GOOD part. The BAD one, my ulcers are no better, in fact a little worse. I am now forbid to be in the presence of anyone smoking or who is retaining smoke on their. clothes. Well neither Tomkitten or I ? smoke, last visitor we had that did, I made then smoke outside, told them I have asthma , well really I do! And I am to up my protein to 90 grams. And I was struggling to make it to 60 on this liquids only, Wal-Mart stopped having flavors of Premier Protein, only Chocolate which I can't have and vanilla which I am SO TIRED of. Krogers here I come!

And now we have joined the veterans as a source of wisdom for all the newbies, seems like a nice group so far. A lot of Novembers, and a fair crop of Decembers, and a few January 2019 popping up here and there!??
