Sounds more like lower bowel pain than our evil ulcer friends. You could have thrush bacteria irritating your colon, have you been going #2 frequently enough? Smell in nose could be the fact you are now starting to burn off those fat reserves. I have had such a bad taste I swore somebody was going to smell it and make nasty remarks. Your thrush meds could have also killed off your good bowel bacteria, maybe start probiotics? Just a few of my thoughts.
