  1. Ahh .. Well this week is completely f'd for both IF, and any kind of reasonable eating! For example, I've been gifted, and have sitting in my room a duffle bag (duffle bag!) of delicious treats! And I know my dinner plans tonight will have even more delicious edible gifts given These are my lunches from the last 2 days Mixed Plate, Japanese Beef Curry (top) & Hamburger Steak (bottom) w rice in the middle Mixed Plate, Fried Noodles & Hamburger Steak w rice & mac salad Today I have breakfast, lunch & dinner meetings, and also the start of Mai Tai weekend. So, I'm super scared of the scale come Monday morning
  2. I'm still here! I get all the posts via email. Just not as much time to post this week!
  3. Hotel Buffet Breakfast Ham, bacon, white rice with soy sauce, potato casserole, watermelon, pineapple
  4. I have the basket type like this. I got it on BF, for like $40. It's fine for one person, maybe 2, if one has a tiny tummy like us. I think there are diminishing rewards with the bigger basket. It get deeper, but not really much wider. So it's not very useful space, IMO. This is what I really want! Which is overkill since I'm single and live alone http://www.powerairfryer.com/?utm_campaign=618576683&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_content=263232445582&utm_term=power air fryer&adgroupid=29707324237&gclid=Cj0KCQjwrszdBRDWARIsAEEYhrfYNuckQv_FdyyEjV5KzMZb3gLAhtt1vFuYUJyCanCCwmZ5RjfZp7UaAj5CEALw_wcB
  5. They are fresh made Udon, hand rolled into dough sheets, and then machine cut. They were yum
  6. No IF for me today. Had breakfast at the airport, met a customer for lunch, and then have a happy hour meet up. So, FML
  7. I'm not going to post this in Food Before After pics. There's a lot more traffic there, and a lot of newbies, and I already feel like a terrible example. Lunch Tan Tan Udon, with Onion Tempura Ball & Tempura Shrimp
  8. A lot of vitamins make me terribly nauseas. But I now take Whole Foods Prenatal that my surgeon's PA recomended. I can take it on an empty stomach no problem
  9. Lol, thanks! I figure this is what my life is, and I just have to make it work the best I can. But I have to be realistic. It won't be all grilled chicken and cucumbers. I'm relaxing a bit with my goal weight honestly. I was hyper focused in part because I wanted to have plastics next month. But then work interfered with that plan. So I don't HAVE to be at my target weight by any particular time. I might see if I can split up the plastics I want into 2 surgeries. I might do tummy and boobs at the end of the year, maybe? So hard to carve out the few weeks I'll need at home to recover. And then a have a big vacay in early Feb, so I need to be 100% for that. I'm also feeling more relaxed because I'm happy with how I look in clothes. I'm a 10 in jeans and slacks, I'm mostly a medium in work shirts. I'm a large in fitted t shirts. I like my curves. My tummy can be held in by tight fitting pants or compression garments. I'm coming around a bit on how I look naked too. I still don't like it, but I have a new man who's providing plenty of positive feedback, so there's that. Who knows, next week I might be all angst-y about it again
  10. Yes, this! My jeans and leggings do an amazing job of holding me in. I use compression garments under dresses only when things look a little jiggly
  11. For me, no IF nor did I eat very wisely yesterday. Oh well, I had a good few days proceeding it. Starting a week that is going to be all wineing and dining, including breakfast meetings. So no IF, more cals, non-ideal eating, and alcohol for this week ahead. We'll see what the scale has to say about it when I return
  12. @Matt Z & @FluffyChix What fantastic months you have had! Congrats on finding what works and keeping the scale moving at this stage in the game!!
  13. It was actually pizza! Thank goodness for Aldi hungry shopping, or else all I'd have to offer is cauliflower rice or spirailzed carrots!
  14. I'm definitely the Molly in that conversation ....
  15. Woo Hoo ... weight finally dropped below my "low" from a couple of weeks ago! It may have something to do with my near total fast yesterday and some cardio ! Whatever, I'll take it! The bad news is, I woke up a hungry hungry hippo this morning. Super unusual for me. We'll see if I can power through with hydrating!
  16. @GreenTealael I was watching Insecure last night and this quote made me think of you Molly: “You gotta f**k a lot of frogs to get a good frog.”
  17. Less cardio that way ..... just saying ....
  18. If you really wanted to you could weigh the frying oil before and after, to know how much was absorbed. I personal am good with guesstimating, but just in case you're not. This is the type of thing an airfryer is great at cooking, and also reheating.
  19. Maybe I should start posting like this?
