@KaysMommy Echoing what everyone else has said ... you look absolutely fantastic! I agree with @ms.sss that if the dress was more fitted, it would REALLY set off your hourglass figure! Do they have an XS? Sorry, but your husband,s comment was inconsiderate and rude. All respect to @FluffyChix, but at a 21 BMI you don't need to IF for weight loss, and you really don't need to eat 500 cals. What you need is to tell your husband he needs to learn to appreciate his hot wife! IF you want to feel a little more confident, maybe some faux spanx and booty boosting panties? But totally not needed! I also love the idea of waves. Just put your hair up in a tight french braid the night before and have glorious waves for the gala! Edit: Because I missed your comment about not being able to wear heels

Thanks @Sophie7713 Does anyone have a crystal ball and can tell me how long animal prints will be in style?? I'm DYING over these ... but the price is hard to justify 50% off for 9 more hours ... the pressure!!
  3. Nope, can't imagine it ... going to have to make it for me .... ?
  4. Just when I think I have tasted everything ... you give an example I have no reference for ?

So excited you guys ... I had to share! Today is my Amazon Day (love that feature) and my booty padding panties arrived. I had low expectations, but OMG, these are fantastic! Posting this pic, couldn't be bothered to put on my spanx, so ignore the poochy belly please! https://smile.amazon.com/NINGMI-Shapewear-Enhancer-Control-Underwear/dp/B07TJQTDWS/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=NINGMI%2BWomen%2BButt%2BLifter%2BPadded&qid=1573849481&s=apparel&sr=1-1&th=1&psc=1 These make me ridiculously happy! ?

@AngieBear Love the jumpsuit! Agree on he paperbag waist. I just don't think it's a flattering style unless you're 6' & 100 lbs. I have a pair of paperbag waist pants that have never made it out of the house. I think they'll be cute, put them on, then put them back in the closet again.
  11. I can eat significantly more volume now with a mature sleeve. My sleeve relaxing and having more capacity coincided with approaching and hitting my goal weight. It seemed like a natural progression. My sleeve seemed like it was particularly restrictive early on. So I am grateful I can now eat larger amounts. I attract far less attention at business meals. I can make enough of a dent in a meal it looks pretty normal. It also would have been hard to get to my maintenance level of calories if my restriction was as great as it was early on.

  13. A.I.R.F.R.Y.E.R. I am an appliance hoarder (notice a pattern?) ... but I use my airfryer more than any other appliance, beside maybe my micro and stove top. I think it is especially well suited to the way you cook. It does a fantastic job on fritters & croquette type foods.

I so want Rothy's to work for me. I tried them when I was heavy and they rubbed the back of my heel. I lost 1/2 shoe size, so I tried them again last month, and same heel rubbing I just got some All Birds, they are super comfortable, no rubbing or pinching. But the 7.5 is a bit too short, my toe just about hits the top of the shoe. But the 8 are loose, and feel like I'm going to walk out of them. I'm not sure what to do! I desperately need comfortable and professional flats
  15. Try B12, either injection, nasal spray or sublingual. I feel absolutely wrecked if I am low on B12 Patches are not proven to work. Many surgeons specifically disallow them. 10,000 calories. I’m kinda speechless @FluffyChix wrote 1,000 cals, not 10,000 BUT .... Something though doesn't add up, You had VSG at 178 lbs (29.6 BMI). Your Goal weight is 108, an 18 BMI, which is underweight. You are only drinking protein shakes. 50 g of protein. Assuming you are drinking PP or Muscle Milk, you're getting only about 300 cals You are exercising to the extreme. These are huge red flags for an eating disorder and/or body dysmorphia

  18. Yes, mine is going to be a circumferential lift. It seems to usually be done after massive weight loss, and by surgeons who specialize in such. From my reading about LBL's vs tummy tucks, one of the main downsides of doing it as separate surgeries is it can create "dog ears" at the ends of the incision. It's due to tight skin meeting loose skin, and not laying flat. Downside of butt lifts & LBL is it flattens the butt and raises the crack. Many surgeons counteract he flat butt affect with a BBL during the same surgery. My surgeon though doesn't believe in BBLs. I have butt implants on my potential wish list for next year, depending on exactly how pancake-y my butt turns out to be

I wish I knew what size I will be after my LBL. Currently wearing a 6 in ON Pixie pants. I bought a 4 for super cheap on clearance. I'm no where close to being to squeeze into them!
