Daily Menus for Maintenance
Looks magazine worthy @FluffyChix You know those 2 lbs aren't real though, right? Turkey, squash, sf dessert can't have enough cals for 2 lbs of fat gain, especially overnight.

They came skinless. I think if it had skin, it would be very unappealing flabby. I'm not sure how much broil time it would take to crisp it up.

Daily Menus for Maintenance
Yep! I cut them in half first. Honestly the soft texture had me a little worried. But it was cooked all the way through, no issue. Just broiled for a few minutes on each side, kept a close watch on it. Probably in the oven 20 minutes total? Didn't dry it out at all.

Reporting back ... Sous vide turkey breast worked out fantastically. I sealed two boneless turkey breasts up with some homemade herb butter, and let that cook to 145, then broiled, then sliced. Was tender, juicy and easy to "carve". Would definitely repeat if we ever have a small Thanksgiving group again. The only negative it it does look very unappetizing when it comes out of the sous vide, very pale and jello-y looking. The broil step is a must. Bonus for this prep method, keeps the oven free all day, until they very end!

I have had carbonated drinks since early on post WLS. I know many would have an issue with that. It worked for me, and my surgeon's team grudgingly was ok with it. But for me, personally, I wouldn't add 60 extra cals a day, in non satisfying (to me) liquid. But if that trade off is worthwhile for you, I don't see a problem with it.
