100 degrees! That’s not normal, right? Very romantic dress, how did the date go? ?
  3. If you eat something raw, weigh and log it raw (vegetables, nuts, sushi, etc) and if you eat it cooked, weigh and log it cooked. If you are using an app, there is a wide selection of preparation styles to choose from for the same foods. When I’m in doubt, I choose the highest calorie count that closely represents the food so I don’t run the risk of undercounting calories.
  4. It may take the “feel” of restriction time to kick in. But at least you could tell when you had enough.
  5. Almost identical experience. After surviving this test I was fully committed to getting the procedure.
  6. Congratulations in advance and have a safe surgery!
  7. So many of us have gained a little in the last couple of years but I know you can right the ship, cheering you forward!

Museum family trip, do I have on enough colors? ?
  9. I’m very glad you are doing well! Any notable differences besides being GERD free?
  10. Three years ago I was revised from VSG to RNY for GERD. I’m very pleased that I am still GERD free and no new problems (let’s hope it stays that way) Everything feels very normal now and I can barely feel any major difference from VSG let alone life prior to WLS. I know it’s different but I’ve settled in. I moved early 2021 so I’m establishing care with a new bariatric practice for continued yearly monitoring/testing. I don’t see a lot of revision postings by anyone as far out as I am, so if anyone is out there please let all know how it’s going and if anyone has questions feel free to ask ❤️
  11. Congratulations!

All of the Fajas I used were Colombian brands (M&D) but I think having them altered to your dimensions may be more important that any particular brand (if they provide the same level of compression) If you do get them altered ask to har the seems on the outside so there are not marks made on your skin from the fabric.
  13. Is the chili you used vegetarian/vegan? If so can I have the brand name? Another one of my children just went 100% plant based ?

Compression garments for after plastics surgery or body contouring.

Are they too big in the torso, hips? Have a tailor take a sector out or sew it closer to your proportions. The recommendations varies on whether to wear one or not. If you had any amount of liposuction, surgeons will suggest them for better results. they may or may not for skin removal (may suggest a binder or lighter compression garments instead) but I know can be important when trying to keep swelling to a minimum to prevent sutures from breaking, but binders can handle that too. Fajas can be uncomfortable until you get used to them. But you can also become dependent because of the support they provide. Then you’ll need to wean off. If your surgeon said wear one, begrudgingly do it. But the moment you can take it off permanently, don’t hesitate.

Back to black clothes in the summer heat ? but at least it’s a thin spaghetti strap maxi dress and thin shawl
  17. Congratulations! This is amazing ❤️
  18. The last time I measured and logged it was 205 but I think it’s between 200-250 cals because peach sizes vary. I all of my food can hug but must taste untouched until I decide to mix them ? What’s everyone else’s plating rules?
