Can anyone help? I need to know how much protein and calories these microbes add so I can put it in my tracker.

Yes, I have a horrible sense of timing. Some would say so of my sense of humor... if I had one at all.

I'm sure everyone that uses protein drinks knows that mixing protein drinks too far in advance can likewise open you up to microbial contamination.
