  1. Thanks for this. Very helpful because It had a bariatric risk/benefit tool hyperlinked in the article that I use to create a new post.

This is a great color on you! And I love the structure of the top ?
  6. Welcome to the club! We really should have jackets made (and sweaters, mittens, scarfs etc) How being cold has affected my life: I’m still cold years later. I have to carry extra jackets during outings just in case. I’ve started looking at base layers in stores again. No insulated mug is hot enough for my needs. If I need something from the refrigerated section of the store it feels like a burden. I completely avoid open refrigerated and freezer areas. I will never travel to Svalbard with my partner, I want to sit exactly at the equator. But the bright side is I still have plenty of insulation so it’s not as bad as it could be.
  7. Yes but they are an absolute last resort for me because I’m an avid DIY-er. YouTube is amazing for obscure answers.
  8. I use sugar substitutes in everything I don’t use real sugar anymore but I still use butter and oil ?
  9. Homemade Basque cheesecake (sugar free/keto) each slice is around 275 cals
  10. Cheese quesadilla. I overestimated the amount of cheese because I didn’t measure it ahead of time. Does anyone else overestimate calories to be safe?

  12. Cottage cheese bandwagon ? (Strained) Cottage cheese w/Strawberries because I’m not brave enough for savory toppings yet.
  13. Congratulations, Very exciting! I remember I was so nervous before surgery that I stayed up the entire night binge watching TV. Whenever you’re settled, let us know how it went.
  14. I understand, hopefully you can find a new doctor who is a better fit for you.
  15. I have two Sith Lords telling me to turn to the dark side.
  16. I can eat it if I strain it, otherwise the texture is an issue for me too.
  17. No but according to our thread bylaws, now we have to ? I like cottage cheese with fruit but I have never tried it with savory flavors. What’s the best savory combo for a picky novice?
