  1. I know but the info is still the same. His delivery is very accessible to many audiences and they can look up research journals if they need more scientific evidence. (Just because someone presents an idea doesn't mean your work of further investigation is done) BTW he earned his title
  2. Best advice: Ask your Surgeon because you need to confirm if they want you on a low acid regime with the sleeve❤ But a quick video on ACV

  4. ? Safe Surgery and Speedy Recovery ?
  5. I decided in 1 day. Literally went from knowing nothing to going to the seminar the next day. Then 3 days later I was in the surgeons office signing on and beginning preop requirements. Around 5 months later surgery, it could have been sooner but I took my children on an extended vacation. When you know, you know.
  6. Thank you!!! ??? unfortunately it may be ALL swelling ?, part of me doesn't want it to go away but then I'll never have the flat abdomen I want ?
  7. 2 Month Updates: Wow ... time flies! So I'm currently battling off and on extreme swelling because my body loves to retain fluids (I need to be on a sodium restrictive lifestyle anyways so this just reinforces the point) Besides swelling that's slated to last months, i am totally satisfied with my results so far. I try to temper my expectations on healing & progress times by remembering just how far I've come. Last night my surgeon said I can expect to begin to see my true results between 3-6 months post op. We can reevaluate if more work is needed at that point (to get super flat abdomen) I'm totally on the fence now about fat transfer after seeing the recovery process first hand, but the results are spectacular. We'll see how I feel in a few months. I am currently a full B cup (small C sometimes) and love it! The results of the lift look more natural by the week. Super satisfying that the one thing I really wanted turned out perfect. Semi nude pic (swelling and all) ?

  13. I added that because every so often a Social Antagonizer shows up asking about coke starting a new moral war. I thought we should not have to fall victim to the BS ?

    I ❤ the jacket! Can I borrow it ? ?
  15. You can water down your drinks (protein shakes?) Until they ate palatable! Bonus points for meeting hydration recommendations easier ?
  16. Weight tends to fluctuate throughout the day & from day to day. *Try* only weighing once a day at the same time & under the same conditions. Plus try to watch for weekly instead of daily changes. Please continue on the treatment plan your Team prescribed. It's far more important to be healthy for the long run. Check out why you need protein: https://medlineplus.gov/ency/article/002467.htm https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.self.com/story/what-protein-does-in-your-body/amp
  17. Hoping you have a speedy recovery ?
