  1. Hi! ALL fluids count towards your daily hydration goals. Water is superior but any sugar free non diuretic drink will help. Also don't forget that you can try to hydrate through solids (ice, popsicles), fluids and gels (foods that contain large concentrations of liquids https://www.google.com/amp/s/verilymag.com/.amp/2017/07/how-much-gel-water-should-i-drink-a-day-when-dehydrated ) Good Luck ❤

  3. PLASTIC SURGERY❤
  4. I never knew the name if the condition but I used to experience this when I was heavier. It's completely gone now like it never existed ❤
  5. Dont forget plenty of ice cold beverages to prevent dehydration
  6. Unless you yourself are a bariatric surgeon it seems unnecessarily risky to do this friend.
  7. Finally 3 weeks post op and feeling really great. I get stiff in the morning from limited sleeping positions, but massaging helps a ton. My scar is healing very well no complaints. I am trying to maintain the weight i put on but its steadily sliding back to where it was before i decided to get a second round of plastics. Oh well... I decided to try on very fitted clothes that previously looked ok but look much better now! video-2020-06-19-10-52-21.3gp 20200618_163559.mp4

  11. I've only went #2 once with my faja on but it is possible. You have to hold the opening very very wide. I'd rather just take it off. But going #1 is very easy, squat and aim or use one of those specialized female urine funnels/urinals
  12. We NEED to see these creations please ❤
  13. Green rice please! My children are going to love it ❤

    Way too big now !
  15. Chicken fajita ? Taco? Open faced burrito? IDK what to call it but it was quick and easy. I stir fried canned chicken (didn't really want to cook from scratch today) and added it to carb counter tortilla with cheese and asian salad greens. Unfortunately I had to remove the greens. They were being stored with fresh sage and absorbed the aroma too well ?
  16. I was supposed to go on strike and stop cooking but these dishes are drool worthy and no one is going to cook for me... Can I please have the Peruvian dish recipe @MarvelGirl25 and the butter chicken recipe @ms.sss ?
  17. I'm going to try my hand at this tart !
  18. Really common. Support is tricky and personal so its really helpful that you know him and what works ...tough love vs soft touch etc. So try to provide him with what he truly needs. Its also pretty amazing that you are trying to support him ❤ (Personally what usually feels the most unsupportive to me is when people say "this is what YOU wanted" or "you've made your bed, now lay in it" when a person is not properly distanced from the pain, effects or influence of the perceived mistake to make it a teachable moment) The way I usually like to be supported is by people acknowledging my feelings but not always trying to solve the problem. Sometimes just venting in a safe space is amazing.
