  1. I have had at least three slip ups twice I had about three cheetos and once I had a bite of fun sized snickers. I'm only 4 weeks 1 day post op and am down 26 pd since surgery. I realized the slip ups defeat the purpose for me because it's unhealthy but, it's life. All addicts have potential to regress (I'm convinced I was food addict).
  2. Current weight is 208 only 1pd lose this week
  3. I'm one month post op tommorow and I am so happy I did this! I went through stage of regret but it passed, I've experienced my three week stall but looking at myself in the mirror and seeing my scars heal, seeing my stomach shrink tremendously, I know this was my destiny. The amount of confidence I feel at only 27 pds down, is AMAZING. Not eating the way I did prior, is a blessing. No diets would help me stop the binge eating and slow death I was headed for. This surgery has given me my strength and confidence that I had lost for 6 years. Thank god for Dr. Clark!
  4. One month out tommorow and I would say constipation is the only thing and some ear popping when I swallow.
  5. Hopefully I'm going to be the same! I don't even take the antacid proscribed after my procedure because I have not had any issues with gerd so far.
  6. I'm one month out tommorow and have lost 27 pds, went through a three week stall but hopefully I break it soon! 9 more pds and I will too be in 1-Derlandd
  7. I started sleeping on my stomach again after about 14 dpo. I was so happy!

  9. My one month visits is on weds so I will ask dr also, and I need to try the prune juice. Does it work well?
  10. Yes it is oh and you will! When's your date? You are making such an amazing decision and choice. I wish I would've done this sooner
  11. I never knew of mama June but for some reason so many seem to dislike her even her own mom. That's neither here nor there but I think she looks amazing, compared to her previous 400+ self. The process was way to fast in my opinion, but whatevs. I don't even want to have a c-section for at least 18 months from now.
  12. Today is one month post op! My one month lose is 27 pds! I am exciting that I am getting further out from dpo & am learning so much. Constipation is still bothering me but I'm adding Fiber to my Water in hopes of some relief. CORRECTION: april 13th is one month post op lol! I'm getting ahead of myself.
  13. I never had a fear of needles, however when it was time for the iv, I was a hard stick and had to be poked twice, IT WASNT easiest thing to deal with but it wasn't overly painful either. I had to get a a heperan shot in my belly also. It is so worth it! you will be fine.
  14. I feel your pain! I went on a crusie in December and was totally uncomfortable due to my weight. And right under 5ft it was just to much to carry 235 pd around. Good luck to you.
  15. I've always been cold even before vsg
  16. Yes it's amazing . I remember being two days post op and barely able to sip & now I can drink more and it's the little things. I've also been going to the gym as I hit the dreaded three week stall lol
  17. Yes I was 235 at last weigh in before surgery, I'm now 209! there will be stalls and I haven't lost in a few days but trust in the process
  18. I know! I felt same way. I'm so sho led at how norm I feel so soon!
  19. Perfectly normal! I was same for at least first week.
