  1. Just two week, first few days I barely ate as my stomach was really sensitive and I just had no apetite, today I got in at least 300 calories which is insanely low
  2. Oh my god ? I just got my cycle two days ago it was super heavy but it's slowing down, I usually only have 4-5 day cycle. I also need to get on bc asap!

  4. Yes I want to lose gradually! Developing stones & having possible gallbladder surgery plus possibility of ear disease scares the shit out of me!
  5. I think 1200 cals is a good number to aim for because if you stick to that you can lose 2 pds a week! Without exercise of course, best of luck
  6. I'm only one week post op but I don't have any complaints, I feel pain where my main in idiom was but it's getting better!
  7. I don't want to lose weight this fast because I want a slow and steady loss, any suggestion? My start weight was 230 when I got final weigh in week befor surgery, today's I weigh 214 and I think that's too much weight. Any suggestions is great!

  10. I know the feeling but at one week post op I feel I'm learning a lot about my stomach, when I drink to much at once or to cold i grt that feeling.

  15. My dr said 640z all together I think, and he said count the popsickles, and the water and protein all together
  16. I'm 7 days out and won't start puréed stage till Monday. I can honestly say I've gotten very little protein in. I have to find a way to change it BUT it's super difficult because I hate the taste of protein drinks and the Greek yogurt makes me want to throw up. Sugar free popsickles mixed with water and ice has been my go to but I need to do better
  17. I'm not sure, but I keep hearing that gallstones are very common with rapid weight loss rather surgery or not. I think your symptoms could be that but keep us updated

  20. I'm just super excited to be able to walk the strip at the beach and not suffer from back pain and low energy! This will be the first summer in 6 years that i will be a healthy weight and I am so excited
  21. Yes, whatever it was I NEVER wanna feel it again lol! I'm def taking my water/liquids in super slowly from here on out and ensure my meds r spread far apart

  23. I think the first thing is to start tracking what you eat again! Many people have relapses so don't beat yourself up to much, you have already made such great stride don't give up
  24. Yes, same! I just am disgusted at thought of consuming protein.
