I am unsure but I do know you risk stomach rupturing if you gorge eat, but I would imagine you would have to try and be a food competitor to do that & with how small our stomachs are, it would seem unlikely anyone would eat until they make stomach explode.

I know for me it's 750 but should eventually increase to 1000 and I'm 6 weeks out. Best of luck. I also struggle to get calories in. I don't want my body to go into starvation mode. So I focus on my protein

You should check out this YouTuber, can't think of her name but basically she went through same as you & she and her husband had three kids after her vsg. I believe it will cure our fertility issues because excess weight is so hard on our bodies.

Absolutely! My biggest loss was first 14 days, I was struggling to get in liquids & then I stopped seeing scale move. I could feel that I was smaller, like I was shedding inches. THe three week stall broke and I'm 3 pds away from onederland. ? I'm six weeks out now

How long does it take you to eat three slices of turkey bacon? I can eat one slice of bacon and two bites of egg in one sitting. The uncomfortable feeling I get when I'm full turns me off from eating.

I called my dr yesterday for same reason, at nearly 6 weeks nausea just hit me like a plague, no committing though. He told me to ensure I'm getting my liquids in and taking something for constipation.

He is really mentally ill! The way he treats people, like they are peasants smh. And his dad is such an enabler & Steven talks to him like he's NOTHING. I wonder how he's doing now, ?

Sooo one of my nsv is I can bend over and tie my shoes before I couldn't & needed help & could barely breathe while trying. Also my 2x shirts look like a sheet on me now! I'm so happy

People like that need to be put in their place! It's none of their damn business. I work with super noses women, but nobody knows except the two I told. People are way to jealous & judgemental! A few could benefit from the procedure at my job tbh.

I agree! I'm just trying to focus on getting in enough nutrition throughout the day .

I think average 40-50g on a good day! It's just so hard to try & get in 90g of protein plus 60oz of liquids

Don't compare your journey to others, our bodies react differently. I'm six weeks post op and down 31 lbs. was sleeved 3/13/2017. 25lbs is a huge loss!

I had a huge stall after 14 days and didn't start losing again till after a week or so. Best advice is to talk with your Dr/NUT. Good thing is you have lost some weight.

I can not wait to give my daughter a sibling infertility was a driving factor in my decision to get WLS. My fertility was affected by the obesity and I was almost prediabetic.

I'm doing well! Yes I've been moody but no complications so far. I'm 6 weeks out and my two month post op is in May. I'm down about 31 pounds and 4 pounds away from onederland! My restriction is real but I do feel hunger or either acid not sure tbh, but I am going to jamaica after my one year surgiversary:)
