  2. You can google/YouTube vsg regrets and maby type in complications or something. I see many people NOT regret procedure even with complications. There are people out there who want their old 350 pound selves back, for whatever reasons. Gl
  3. I have that pain and it goes it my legs. Sometimes worst than others. I am 8 weeks post op and down 35 pounds I believe. I have a cushionly behind but that doesn't stop the pain when it hits.

  6. I use premier protein. The whey would make me legit gag till my eyes watered. I couldn't get with the Whey ?
  7. I wish I was prescribed something for the gallbladder! I know I will likely need mines removed, ugh.
  8. I think you can still enjoy drinks modestly. I could only see it being issue for liver if someone vsg or not BINGE drank often. I'm no expert but that's my two cents. sn: I know a person who had RNY 11 years ago & they drink like a fish, so unhealthy.
  9. I'm 8 weeks out almost and still battle it here & there. I think for me reading others horror stories or about gaining all weight back in 4 years scared me. I know this was my last resort & attempt to lead a healthy life

  12. 15 years from now I'll be approaching retirement or near it (I'll be 40) and hope that my children are in college or nearing it, and I'm preparing to move to Florida to spend the rest of my days with my hubby.
  13. I agree! My mom is ten years post op rny & has NO health issues, only improvements. I see how this journey changed her life & I just want the same.
  14. Uncontrollable gerd definitely but there's new management techniques for gerd such as the Linx. And not everyone has gerd or has it bad. I don't have the heartburn or regurgitation.
  15. I wanted to see where you see yourself in 15 years? Most of us probably won't be on this forum board in 5 years let alone 15, BUT I was curious about long term goals and aspirations! Do you want a family? To live abroad? Travel? Please share
