  15. Depends on you daily lifestyle. I'm a CNA and in nursing school so having a Fitbit charge HR that is semi waterproof and a hell of a lot cheaper works much better because it does get smacked on a wall while making beds or smashed while trying to help a resident into their chair.   28. I was sleeved on September 9th I had a doctors appointment about two and a half weeks post op and had lost 18 lbs since surgery date. Since that doctors appointment I have only lost 5 lbs and I have another doctors appointment this Saturday and I'm pretty nervous to hear what the doctor has too say about my minuscule weight loss this past three weeks.. My doctor had prescribed me Vitamin D pills two weeks before surgery and I had too take them once a week for twelve weeks so I asked her if she had an alternative and she said that because it was a small pill that I could take it and I did and had no issues.   33. Hey! We had the same surgery date! But my doctor only had me one Clear liquids the first two days then I moved too regular liquids for two week! But that's what I do even now. I make any kind of broth soup and then just strain it! Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

My doctor told me not too weigh my self for a couple of weeks due to the amount of fluids I received in the hospital would make me weigh close too 20 lbs heavier but I couldn't help myself and weighed anyways and I'm down 8 lbs and I'm just wondering if that means I'm not getting enough fluids?
