I was expecting all the problems getting my protein shakes down and meeting protein goals but had no idea how hard drinking water (or herbal tea, vitamin water, etc) would be. Even the tinest sip gave me nausea. This has been much more challenging than the shakes and protein. Today is better but wonder if I'll make it even close to 64 oz of water. I hope I can because I am so THIRSTY. Even though I thought I had prepared mentally for everything and even heard water would be a challenge but just didn't understand. I just hope eventually I can drink water more like a normal person!!
