One month post op

Today is one month post op! My one month lose is 27 pds! I am exciting that I am getting further out from dpo & am learning so much. Constipation is still bothering me but I'm adding Fiber to my Water in hopes of some relief.

I have problems with constipation too so I stared drinking 8 oz light prune juice & my Dr prescribed my something liquid for constipation.

Yes it works! It didn't work the same day but by the next morning I didn't have a problem but i noticed when I didn't drink it everyday I started back getting constipated. When I get home I will tell you what my Dr prescribed.
