  1. Glad I found this! I have been pinpointing that certain foods are causing me nausea which I didn't experience before advancing to soft foods. Pre op I was LI and I tried cheese stick twice this week & the nausea was just mind numbing. Today I elimitthe dairy & im one. Definitely a learning process!
  2. I need to increase my calories asap! I have always opted for a slow and steady loss.
  3. You will have stalls, don't get discouraged.
  4. 3/13 was my surgery date! Down about 31 pounds. I haven't been able to get liquids as recommended. I had allergy to dairy before op & I tried cheese stick and but of cereal and milk & have experienced nausea which I haven't had up until now. Everything else is fine, I've been a bit tired & struggle to get in enough calories. I am starting to track calories now in hopes of getting in my liquids & protein!
  5. I searched everywhere and couldn't find anything that cheap in mf, cause I would've traveled there! And yes Utah and thx have some affordable prices as well
  6. That's awesome! I am on the pill because I do plan on getting pregnant in a year or so. I hate taking pills but I do it lol.
  7. Is Steven th Ashanti brother
  8. I saw this on YouTube! I don't shop at same but want to try it
  9. Will look for this today!
  10. Where can I find this? Also the benefited hurts my stomach and makes me nauseas. I do use wnema every few days because it's so bad
  11. I am only 6 weeks post op & am going on a cruise next March which would put me at one year post op. I would suggest dining in the restaurants vs the buffets. When I went last time I ate so many cheeseburgers and fries lol, that was this past December.
  12. I also didn't follow a two week preop diet, my surgeon only required me to do it the day before surgery so all my weight lost was after surgery.
  13. Hello! I was sleeved 3/13/2017 and am 6 weeks post op. I forget to eat and drink slowly at times but when I get that painful feeling in my chest, I remember! Lol. My last weigh in before surgery was 235 and today I am 205.2. I feel hunger now but it could be acid, I'm only able to eat two spoonfuls at once and then I'm extremely full.
  14. I am 4"11 but bmi was 49 , six weeks out my bmi is almost 40. I was self pay also!
  15. I chose the sleeve , for me it seemed like the best option. I had 75% of stomach removed and rarely feel hungry. I am six weeks out now and down 30 pounds I had occasional reflux before surgery but now I do not have it. I think each procedure has pros and cons. Good luck to you.
  16. My suggestion is to focus on why you had the procedure. I'm almost 6 weeks out and have zero desire for bad food, I did battle occasional head hunger. My motto is treat my body like the fuel in my car, if I put the wrong fuel in my body like a car, it will slowly break down. Best of luck xo
  17. First off, I'm sorry you for want through this! I would hope you could find support on a forum like this. So you became anorexic and then began binge eating to gain the weight back? Now you feel you can't stop eating? What did the doc do to check and see if your stomach stretched? I'm praying you find your way & faith. You are beautiful & WORTHY. Hope my few words of encouragement help
  18. I started out at 230, wondering if I will need arm lift.
  19. You look amazing! What is the revision for?
  20. My cycle has not changed. I did see a thread about this a few weeks ago. Good luck to you.
