Hello I'm Sara ^_^    I knew about BariatricPal by accident! I wanted someone who had the same surgery as me! but we don't have support groups! actually in my country ppl tend to hide that they had the surgery and lie about going on diet  :huh:  :huh:    so I start searching the internet and I found the site and I was so happy about it! I joined immediately :blush:    around Dec of 2014 I start thinking about the surgery for real! thinking of it as the last solution after many years of dieting and breaking diets! I went to one of the best doctors in here and did the test   and suddenly decided to sign the contract and do the surgery My mom was afraid because I'll go under full anesthesia!!!  but at that point for me it was the surgery or living unhappy for the rest of my life.  
My surgery was on January 11 2015 on my birthday.. I wanted to start new start and a new chapter in my life.   I had so many troubles after the surgery and went in much pain .. and after 2 weeks of surgery I went back to work but I was too weak to stay and I had to take my annual leave .. lots happened and I was still under pain physically and emotionally  
I'm still on roller-coaster I still have ups and downs but I will do my best to let this surgery a success I put all my saving money for this I had to give up my dreams on going abroad and continue my study for it!! and I went into a lot of pain so I will do my best to make it happen.     Good Luck for all of us :blush:  Hope we all can achieve our goals :blush:
