  1. I don't have any problems with either.
  2. I use an app called Food and Fitness Tracker by Sparkpeople on my android phone.
  3. I have a health-o-meter scale. It pretty much falls in line with what shows on my surgeon's scale. My scale is about 4 years old. It shows weight and body fat percentage and has settings for 2 people. You input your age, height and gender and it measures according to that.
  4. I personally cannot tolerate bread but I have recently read on this board that there are some people who can still eat 6" subs from subway. I used to love subway prior to banding, but have given it up. I do crave sanwiches very much so.
  5. I use gnc 100% whey protein unflavored. I mix it in my oatmeal and protein shakes.
  6. Congratulations! Welcome to the club.
  7. My first meal after I was cleared for regular food, was a grilled chicken caesar salad. During the post op liquid and pureed phase, all I craved was a salad. I didn't have any fill put in at the time of surgery and my surgein moved me ahead in the stages, so I got my salad at 3 weeks post op.
  8. You have the right atitude, so you shouldn't stress about it. :cursing:

That's a good idea. I never thought about that.

I use the biggest loser dvds sometimes. I really like the boot camp one.
  11. I am very sorry to hear of the loss of your friend.
  12. I've never tried the pills and the cleanse but I have tried the acai berry chews that I got from gnc. I just started taking them again, so I really don't have anything to compare it to as far as results are concerned. But I must say that they tasty but expensive. I paid about $19 for 60 chews and this was on sale at gnc.
  13. Congratulations!. It does feel good to have moments like these.
  14. I agree that days 3 and 4 are the hardest but you will get through it. It's only 2 weeks. Take it one day at a time. If that is too much, take it 1 shake at a time. You can do it!
  15. Thank you for sharing. I may be going to Target this week. I will look for it.
  16. Congratulations and good luck on your journey.
  17. If you have a slow cooker, you can make chili on a Sunday and have it for the week. You can even cook it and freeze it ahead of time.
  18. I'm sorry to hear of all of your troubles. I do not have a solution for you but I will say a prayer for you. I hope someone else can come along and be of more assistance.
  19. Congratulations and good luck on your journey.
