Hi my name is Paula and I was banded on 4/28/08 I lost a great deal of weight and like you I also got pregnant....I am a total mess now....my baby will be 5 months old on aug.1 and I still have not gone back to get a fill....I had a complete unfill when I was 3 months pregnant....I have gained back up to 291....I felt like a total failure until I ran across your post...I decided to call for a fill appt. tomorrow first thing....just wanted to say thank you....and congrats on your sucess !!!

Oh don't let them terrify you like they did to me...they will run test after test due to your age....I was a nervous wreck for months and she is just fine and sassy !! So hang in there !!!

Just wanted to let everyone know...that we have a healthy baby girl named Annalise Grace who was born on 3/1/10 at 8:32 am weight 7lbs. 9 oz. and 19 inches long.... I have PCOS and am 37 years old this is my very first baby and we could not be more pround since many doctors told us this was impossible....that shows you what doctors really know !!! God had other plans !!! So yall keep trying this can happen....:scared2:

I weighed 313 when I was banded I was 251 when I found out I was pregnant I currently weigh 275...so I gained 24 pounds but the doc told me today that the baby is almost 10 pounds...so yay I did good !!! I also have PCOS and was told I would NEVER get pregnant hence we used no birth control....guess who is now 13 weeks pregnant....

OMG is this side effect...because I too want BBQ chips and chocolate...I have been BAD but did not gain anything...My fill last week was cancelled by the DAMN dietician...skinny bitch...I wanted to slap her face off!!!

It was about a week I guess for intercourse but not so long for oral LMAO....

I would have put her in her place and quick...I had a similiar exp. and I nipped it in the bud FAST...I let them all know they are paid support staff in the end it is up to me what I do and do not do! Next time give them a healthy dose of atitude right back! Have a lovely day
