  7. For dark circles Avon has a product called " Lighten Up". My husband has horrid dark circles and when I could get him to use it, it was a noticeable improvement. But that was short lived seeing as he's a man yadda yadda yadda lol
  8. Btw~ I looked up Clindamycin in the 2008 "Pharmacy's Red Book" and it is not listed as a med. that can not be chewed, crushed, or opened <shrug> But as always check
  9. Clindamycin does come in a liquid form. If your pharmacy did not have it in stock they should be able to order it for you (most cases it's in the next day) I know the adult dose comes in 150 mg or 300 mg per capsule. Looks like the suspension is 10 mg/ml, Lordie you would have to take a mess load! Well bless your heart the option is there if you want to look into it.   11. Yes everyone is different. I had no pain, I was just a little uncomfortable getting in and out of the recliner. I was VERY tired. I would exhaust easy. I know with surgery gas pain is a concern. I had none with this one but when I had my second child (c-section) The gas pain was horrible !!!

  13. Hey there and welcome to the board! This is a great place to learn all kinds of things to help you out! Has for such a long care ride home bless your heart just bring everything you can to make yourself comfy. Pillows, blankets. If you are waiting three days to travel home hopefully it won't be to band. I know of many on here that went to Mexico to have this done and flew home right away! Good-luck to you!

  15. I am looking for suggestions on a GREAT eye cream! What do you use? Have you found a really awesome product? Miracle in a jar would be a great find <laughing> :thumbup: Yes the crows feet and wrinkles are an issue but I have noticed in the last year I have my mothers eyes! Puffy, circles, just plain old. I have tried many things and some work ok some don't. I was curious if ya'll have found something that you really like! Thanks so much!
  16. Just keep following up with both the insurance company and the doctor's office, and get names and dates! I fell into a crack of sorts and got lost in the shuffle of waiting for approval longer then you care to know. Stay on top of it! On the up side, When I finally did got my band I was sooo happy with the results and it is worth the wait! Patience my dear (and follow up <wink>) Good-Luck to you

  22. Sleep apnea for me meant I had to stay over night in the hospital instead of an out pt surgery.
  23. What do you need to lose the 13 lbs for? I would think with the lap band or any other WLS you have you should be able to go lower then 200lbs! Oh btw welcome to the board It's a great place to read and learn Good-luck to you!
