Pigs are flying!!!

So, many of you know my dilemma with my unsupportive husband. Well, he told me last night that he took off work (gasp!) Monday and Tuesday to take me and pick me up from my surgery!! Miracles do happen!!! He is not happy about it and that is fine with me, it just shows that he does not want me to go it alone and I am shocked.

Monday is 2 days away! Wish me luck, I'll keep you updated!

Glad to hear he will help you. My problem is unsupportive ( is that a word?) sons. But like you, one surprised me and will take me back and forth from surgery.

Good luck and don't let anyone tell you you cant do this.

Deanna, that is fantastic! It's such a good sign. Maybe he'll meet you half way and even become a lap band supporter!

Good luck with you surgery.

Deanna, that IS wonderful news! I can imagine how shocked you were! Maybe he will eventually come around but it may take some time. Best wishes on your surgery and let us know how you are when you can! Take care!

Diane, that's great news for you too! I bet you were a little surprised! I send you best wishes on your surgery as well! Take care!

CONGRATS on your journey and the support from your husband. Maybe he was afraid of you having the surgery and wanted you to give up. I am really happy you didnt change your mind.

I think it's wonderful that your DH is now supporting you through this process. You will do just fine.

Let me know how things goes. I wish you much success during your journey.
