It has been ages since I saw mine....you know exactly what I am talking about!! IT! That thing between your legs..that alot of us had forgotten about until Slumber Parties! Thank ya DeLarla! My question still stands....how long has it been since you saw yours? I cannot find mine without lifting up my belly..and since that really depresses me I have not seen mine in at least a year! For 5 years I had someone who would let me know it was still there..kinda kept it in tune with free parts and labor. I now do all required maintence..by hand! So yes it has been over a year since I last saw IT..do you think it will still know me?

The 1st step is to attend a seminar conducted by your Dr. of choice......things will start falling into place after that! I just got banded on the 3rd and I am doing great! The Lap Band is the best decesion I ever made!

How long does the shoulder pain last? I was warned about it...but YIKES!! It really hurts no matter how much walking I do or gasX I chew. Any suggestions?

Thank goodness I had UHC, they took their time but they fianaly approved my band!! My Dr. says in his seminar that unless you have UHC in Florida you can just about bet you will have to self pay. Thank God I had UHC!!!!!

You can do this..just listen to that voice inside...it is never wrong! Curves is only 30 minutes......30 minutes a day for your health, you owe at least that much time to yourself. I go to Curves and its alot of fun ..the time flies! Keep your head up lady!

Tomarrow is the big day, it seems like I have been waiting forever! Good things come to those who wait..ha! I live with my Dad and he has been really sick with the flu.....NOT GOOD! He is still pretty sick,but he is my caretaker and I'm sure he will be fine. I just do not want to catch it....coughing with incesions...can you say OUCH!!!! But I trust God will take good care of us both. I want to thank all of you, this site has been such a wealth of information! I would have never felt this confident without all the hours spent here.
