Are you including them in your calories for the day? www.fitday.com I was banded Dec 1st lost 20 and got stuck there for three weeks.The scales are starting to move again.Was wondering the same thing myself.

I had my surgery Dec 1st.I started passing blood this morning. KIDNEY INFECTION Be sure and get your water down. I had a mushy but good Christmas.

Its been four weeks since surgery and im having trouble getting in 1000 cal . No fill yet. But im stuck at 199 two weeks now.I have to make myself eat.I guess because I weighed that for a long time and my body wants to stay there.

Since Dec 1st I have been eating soup, potatoes , oatmeal and chicken salad and sugar free puddings(diabetic) I am sick of it Any suggestions. If I cant come up with something diffrent I fear I may cheat.Im not hungry just tired of the same old things. Christmas is coming and I do not know what I will eat.HELP

I have been following you story.I cannot believe the diffrence. I showed it to my daughter(she weighs about 250) she may be having surgery in March and that really got the excited about the surgery. Congrats you look marvalous darling

I bought two xbox 360's and put them on Ebay they did not sale.I had them set about $20 to high.So back to the store they go. I thought I would check and see if anyone was still looking before I took them back tommorrow.I can ship overnight if anyone needs one. Cost $433.00 + $20 dollars to ship. I almost backed out.I was seeing post about band problems.I was freaking out.But I did it and I have lost 20 lbs since Dec 1st and my blood pressure is perfect and even better I am down from almost 70 units of insulin to 10 soon to be off in a few more pounds.It was by far one of the easyist surgeries I ever had.I have had 6. If there is a problem with the band in years to come I will be healthier and I will handle it then.For now Im getting healthy.If I can lose it I can keep it off.

Has she given you nice presents before? Maybe she was broke from buying the season tickets.I would have been embarassed to give a used gift like that.

Same here and after three weeks it is gone Thank God. I have a very high pain tolerence but it was like bone on bone.I feel for you.It will get better soon. I feel GREAT now.

I started going the third day after surgery.Maybe you need to call the doctor and see what you can take.

I went on mushies after the 7th day. But that was my doctors rules.I am still on them. I made homemade potatoe soup tonight.Goooooooooooooood

I feel your pain.Wait a while before going out to eat with anyone. That is when I snapped.We went to a fish resturant three weeks out.I ordered a childs plate no fries. My husband ordered a four piece fried catfish dinner. The plates came .I had a tiny little piece of grilled fish and a tiny cup of beans.He had a hugh plate piled with fries, beans,hush puppies and four hugh pieces of fish.I lost it, I almost started crying and I chewed him out for not ordering a baked potatoe that he could share with me instead of fries. I felt like such a B.It is getting better.
