Unjury strawberry?
Torani is a coffee syrup that they use in flavored coffees. We use the Sugar Free. It can be found in various flavors in the coffee section of most grocery or big box stores

Tips from success stories
Did you have surgery in the US? If so call your doctors office and tell the medical assistant that you need some guidelines. You should be taking more vitamins than just a multi and you REALLY need a plan. If they did not give you one, that would be scarey as to the competence of your team

Had pancakes for breakfast
I have noticed I have about lost interest in all food. I am happy with my shakes, ice cream, greek yogurt and cottage cheese

Had pancakes for breakfast
For me, I would have skipped the butter and sugar and used sliced fresh fruit instead.

What I have lost and what I have gained
I had surgery on Feb 26, 2014. As of yesterday "Weigh Day" I have lost 43 lbs and over 23 inches. I have also lost diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I have lost my walking cane that I have had to use for over a year because of knee and back pain. I have lost the size clothing I was wearing when I had surgery and the size smaller fits loosely. I have GAINED the ability to use my exercise bicycle, being able to cross my legs again, wear my wedding ring again, better health and fitness, more confidence and self worth, the ability to go for short walks with my husband and dog Pearl...and so much more..... Life is good........

Unjury strawberry?
I use one half cup of Premier Vanilla protein shake, 1/2 c light soy milk, 1 scoop of the Unjury Strawberry Sorbet Protein powder, and vanilla Torani SF, about 1 Tb. (I have been unable to find the strawberry Torani. ) I put it in my magic bullet and blend well, then put it into the frozen turning Cuisinart , and let it spin about 5 minutes, then I had about 3 nice sized finely chopped strawberries and let it turn until the ice cream climbs up the dasher and won't go down. I either eat it then or dish it up and put in the freezer for about 30 min. Yes, you get the whole thing....

These Cuisinart ice cream makers are awesome little things. I added some SF Torani's but you can also just do your shake. If you go to theworldaccordingtoeggface.com she has lots of Protein ice cream flavor recipes

My US Doctor said no swimming or water immersion for 2 weeks, and that is IF there were no complications

Went to the first seminar last night and did a complete 180!
I initially wanted a sleeve but insurance wouldn't pay for it , then after hearing the whole story about this vs that, I was glad for the bypass because it will hold me more accountable. If I eat anything I am not supposed to, it can make me sick and I don't want that, and I do not want to try it and see....
