3 weeks post-op stall!

I had my surgery on March 19th. I lost 25 lbs right of the bat. But for the past 3 weeks, my scales haven't moved a bit.

I'm currently on pureed/soft foods but no more than about 3 oz at a time. I'm still having trouble drinking (still getting gas pretty bad) but I'm getting in enough fluids.

I've also been having some serious kidney stone problems. I've passed 2 in the past week and wonder if my pain from all that and urine retention might be my issue.

I'm just wondering what kind of ideas y'all have.

Thank you.
