  4. I would up the exercise. You will lose more and it really helps with energy levels also. Donna

  6. I am with the town drunk on this one All my problems are in the evening. Wish I could join you , but i would be setting myself up for failure. I just try to keep it low cal. in the evening, and do a good workout. Donna
  7. Right now I am liquids only in the morning. When I lose a few more pounds and this last fill loosens up a little I will be able to do my oatmeal again. Right now I have trouble getting my protien drink down. Donna

  9. I have about 2.75cc in a four cc band and I have very good restriction with that. I am not very hungry either. I think regular trips to the gym are what have helped me the most. Donna

  14. Wow !! So sorry that happened to you. Sounds awful. I have had four fills and I don`t feel a thing. It only takes a couple of seconds to get them. He does not use fluor. because he is really good and does not need it. I hope you find a good fill doctor. My fill doctor charged me1,100 for one years worth of fills. Dr. Allen in Lou. Ky. Had my surgery in Mexico. Donna

  17. I took those before I got my band and I just had to quit. Side affects are awful and just not worth it at all.With the band you should not need diet pills. Donna

  22. Derick, I loved your rant and sadly it has in the past been true for me.I was always attracted to men with a dark side. It has caused me a lot of pain. I always left the nice guy for some jerk.I am older now, and hope I have learned enough to grab on to the next nice guy that comes my way. Of course it would help if he was rich! LOL Donna

  25. I am really surprised your doctor did not start you on liquids and then mushies and so on. And... if i take a drink when I am stuck, I just spew liquid all over the place. Best of luck. Donna
