I have a long drawn out story but I will keep it short. I fought with the insurance agencies for about 6 months and was finally decided to do self pay in Dec. of '08. Now, 4 1/2 years later I am 170 pounds passing my goal weight of 200 lbs. I am in a much better place and hope to stay here!
