  4. Hi! I do a protein drink every morning for my breakfast. I love mine. I use a choc. whey protein powder from GNC. It taste good and i look forward to it. Donna

  6. Welcome to both of you.!!!The band will really help you to not be so hungry, but you still have to watch WHAT you eat. You also have to exercise.If you continue to eat ice cream and other soft foods that will slid thru the band you may not do so well. If you eat right and exercise it will really make a big difference for you. I really love my band. Donna

  9. I just got my second fill and i have great restriction. I am at 2cc in a 4 cc band. I have pbed two or three times so i know i need to slow down. I still eat way to fast. I have lost three pounds this week and am real happy with that. Donna

  12. Sorry you are not doing well, but sometimes it takes several fills to hit your sweet spot. I havc 2cc in a 4 cc band and it is working great for now. As i lose i will need another fill. Are you eating right and drinking lots of water??? The water is very ,very important. So is exercise. Best of luck. Donna

  14. If you do not feel any restriction two weeks after your last fill i would ask for another one. It can not hurt to ask. Donna
  15. My doctor did not require any kind of pre-op diet. I don`t think it is a bad idea to lose some before surgery if you can. Always makes the surgery safer. Donna

  19. I went to Mexico and had no trouble finding a doctor here to do fills. My doc in Mexico was great and you do not have to jump through all the hoops you do here. You book your surgery and go. They do all the tests when you get there. You really save a lot of money. You just have to be sure to find a good doctor, as you would here. For me it was a great adventure. Donna
