I never guessed beef Jerky would be a good choice but omg its great!! Low in fat, calories sugar. And great source of Protein. Yummy.

I am six months post op and still having major issues getting all my supplements in. Any tips?

I generally stay under 5% fat per serving less than 3G of sugar and keep calories under 1000 a day. I'm more around 500-600 a day

I use extra lean ground beef mixed with a package of roasted garlic onion Soup mix and they turn out awesome.

I suppose there are a lot of choices that are convenient and affordable. And if you choose to overindulge you can return to what you were or are. Surgery for me changed my entire life including the way I look at food. I can now eat a bite or two and not continue in a negative way. And I'm still loosing weight amazingly. In fact much fast then my doctor expected me too.

These are just convenient and affordable. I rarely ever indulge. But I'm down 143.8 pounds in only six and a half months. Some places it's hard to find healthier alternatives like Atkins. We are pretty limited here

Every time I have made them they have come out great. You could add something like Greek yogurt if you are worried it will be too tough to digest.
