Oh my gosh, me too! I'm 3 months and I'm lucky if I remember to get half in each day. I talked to my doc about it the other day and she suggested setting reminders on your phone, so I did, and so far it hasn't really helped. I was so good about them the first 2 months, I need to get back in that routine!

Try medication logs on Google play for android, it's free , I even download a Water app and food reminder to get everything done in one, also have noom walk ,neat apps

Thanks! I downloaded "Rxmind Me" and set it to go off every few hours during the day. Hope it helps!

Today was the first day I used it. Set it to go off every 3 hours between 930am-930pm and guess what-- I got all my Vitamins in today!! Lets see how long it lasts :)
