Anyone know the ball park of how many calories and fat I should stay under? I had surgeryin November and I haven't been watching calorie or fat .. Only protein.

I generally stay under 5% fat per serving less than 3G of sugar and keep calories under 1000 a day. I'm more around 500-600 a day

Should of said less than 10 grams of sugar per serving not 3 grams

My doc does not have us track those items. He said keep things lean and clean and we will be ok!

My nut says use your hands as reminders no more then 5 grams of fat and max 10 grams of sugar so 1 hand = FAT and both hands = SUGAR ...CALORIES I DON'T HAVE A BALL PARK YET but you are so right every doctor and but have different standards......

I think the reason for not counting calories right now is because we do not absorb them like we did. When we get further out I think it corrects itself. That is why they call it the honeymoon period
