  1. Http://www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com is a pretty popular one. She is many years post-op, over 100 lbs lost and keeping it off. Lots of recipes there too.
  2. When I was losing weight before and eating very low cal, I was always cold. I used to like to have my feet cool, but since starting the diet, I've always got slippers on. I know being cold is one symptom of anorexia.
  3. I'm right there with you! It sure is aggravating--I am getting crabbier as the days go on.
  4. We used to drink warm milk warmed up on the stove as children. I had a hot coffee-flavored protein shake yesterday--I just added hot water instead of cold. You could do the same with milk.
  5. Wow your face really shows the weight loss! Beautiful =)
  6. My guess is your surgeon's office would have told you this if they required it. I would just call in the morning and ask to put my mind at ease.
  7. glad to hear you're doing well.
  8. I use Silk soy milk in my protein powder drinks.
  9. Good Luck tomorrow! See you on the flip side! =)
  10. I had to do 3 months. I only lost 3 lbs the first month. I just started cutting back on my portion sizes and ate a lot less ice cream. The second month I cut my calories down to 1200 a day with even less carbs. I lost 5 more pounds. The last month i kept it at 1200 calories a day, but the only carbs i ate were fresh veggies. no bread, sweets, rice, crackers, etc. I lost 10 pounds the last month and I'm still sticking with this diet. Good luck!
  11. Wow! congratulations and I'm a little bit jealous! So close to a healthier you!!
  12. We all have regrets and weak moments, but you need to jump back on the bandwagon! Do you want this surgery and to get healthy or do you want to stay overweight and be sick? You can do this!!! Be strong! Every day is a choice. =)
  13. Yeah, Click is the brand name. It's got a rich espresso flavor. If you're a coffee lover you should give it a try!
  14. How'd everything go? Wishing you a speedy recovery!
  15. Congrats! It must be such a relief to finally have and end date in sight =)
  16. I am totally addicted to fat free Greek yogurt with a spoon of vanilla sugar free Jell-O pudding. it tastes just like cheesecake to me. I add a Splenda and mix the powdered pudding right into the yogurt...I'm in heaven. High protein, low-cal (about 125 calories) and tasteeeee!
  17. you have done an amazing job! over 70 lbs gone is super and that dopey girl at work can bug off! What an inconsiderate thing to say. Just keep hanging around here with your support group and blow off Her Highness as best you can.
  18. I got one of those too---haven't tried it yet. the Click vanilla latte was awesome though!
  19. Hahahaa!! I was afraid of that one--I'm not usually a fan of fruit punch.
