lactose intolerant and 5 days post op

Hi everyone! Just wondering if anyone has any ideas for lactose free ideas in the whole fluids and pureed stages? I'm really stuck as almost everything has dairy in it.

I can't drink milk or whey protein and I can't eat eggs. I went from protein shakes to soft foods. Eas shakes are lactose free and has a mix of soy and whey protein that I have been able to tolerate.

Oh and I can still eat yogurt and cheese. Which helps.

I couldn't tolerate Atkins shakes post op I too use EAS

I use Silk soy milk in my protein powder drinks.

Thanks ladies! I think I found a good shake to get me through. Its a whey isolate protein powder with 30 grams of protein per scoop and then I use silk soy beverage for the added protein. Seems to be working!
