  4. I agree. I don't think 20 pounds is a whole lot. Just keep an eye on things so you don't keep gaining.
  5. That's too bad. Luckily when I had my first appointment with my surgeon he had a list of my requirements. I hope you find out soon.
  6. I have. I have the frosty chocolate. I don't like them. A lot of people on here like them so it depend on your taste. They aren't nasty they just don't have enough chocolate for me.
  7. I have the book and I love it. It is very informative.
  8. Crystal light really has some good favors without the after taste. My favorites are grape, raspberry lemonade and pink lemonade. I also love peppermint tea which is good for the digestive system. Good luck.
  9. Try going to their website. You might find it there. I had to have a years worth of diet attempts. I didn't have to have documentation. I just had to list them. For instance the Atkins diet, Jenny Craig, weight watchers and so forth. I don't think they check. Good luck.
  10. Try peppermint or ginger tea. That helped me a lot.

  16. Your energy level will go up and down for a few weeks. It will get better.

  18. Everyone responds to pain differently. Are you up and walking around? It really does help. It might be painful at first but walk a little bit at a time. Hope you feel better soon.
