  1. I love your attitude. You have to love yourself no matter what you look like. I think your going to do great because you have a positive outlook on life. I wish you the best.

  3. You are not alone. We are all in the same boat. You will be fine because now you have all of us to support you. This surgery will change your life. It's not going to be easy but it's one of the greatest tools to weightless. Good luck.

  7. I started at a 46h now I'm a 42h. I wish the cup size would shrink some. I've been carrying these things around for too long. Lol.
  8. I also have sleep apnea. I use the mask that just overs your nose. There are a million masks available.you will have to try until you ind one that is comfortable. Luck for me my doctor changed mines out until I found one I liked at no charge. Once I found the one I liked now I get it from a pharmaceutical company. It's really not that expensive if your insurance covers part of it. My pressure was at 10. Now it's down to 8. Slowly but surely I will eventually get off of the cpap. Good luck.
  9. Maybe you need a laxative to get you started. I know it's so uncomfortable. Sometimes if I'm feeling irregular I will take one ducolax.
  10. A couple of months before my surgery I was looking at my calendar and I realized that I would be due around the dy of my surgery. I actually called the doctors office and reschedule my surgery. The nurse asked me why and when I told her she laughed. I told her that would be so embarrassing. She said you won't be the first or the last. Lol. So the day of surgery I'm putting my gown on and who shows up. I thought I had it made. I thought this would make you ladies laugh. It's funny now but it wasn't then.
  11. First are you drinking enough water? If so try stool softeners. I didn't have a regular BMW for like two months. I'm three months post op and now it's regular. Before surgery I went at least 2-3 times a day. After surgery I didnt go for days at a time. Now I'm like once a day.
  12. I thought it got easier as the dys passed. The first couple were hard. After surgery I was only on liquids for a week. Every week after mt doctor took me to another stage because I was doing so good. I haven't had any problems. Good luck!

  20. Thank you. I think I'm going to go on Monday. I'm 3 months post op. some days I check it and it's normal and some dys real low. I thought I might be getting dehydrated but I drink all day. sometimes I have to remind my self to eat because I'm constantly drinking.
