  1. Thanks LynRN! Can you share what the carb content is? I have noticed that some frozen meat have a carb content that I'm not comfortable with.
  2. I'm only 3 months out ( and not pregnant) but I wanted to say congratulations! Babies are a blessing.
  3. OH EM GEEEEEEE!!!! What a great transformation Chunky Dunk!
  4. If I could turn my belly to my back and my butt as my stomach I think I would have a perfect body. Oh well that'll never happen. I am starting silver sneakers soon and rowing is one exercise I plan on doing for arms back and chest. My butt will need alot of whatever needs to be done. But I'm more concerned about my upper body. Very slim below my belly I look like a circus clown the way out of proportion I see myself. Hope my body responds the way I want it too. Will have to go slow so I don't hurt something. Good luck.
  5. Congratulations on your weight loss!!! What are your stats?
  6. The Lane Bryant 14/16 pants I thought I was going to wear today...too big. I'm happy and a little bummed that I didn't get a chance to wear them. I really didn't think they would fit until today. Note to self...try things on EVERY week.

  23. Congratulation on your weight loss so far! Talk with your doctor about your constipation issues. Many people here take Colace and Miralax to help solve this problem...myself included.
