I'm sleeved!

I had a lot of nausea post op due to anesthesia but it's starting to pass. Been up walking a few times and taking ice chips. Things are looking good! I have NO IDEA how people go back to work right away after surgery!!?? I'll be in the hospital til Thurs 3/6 and then home to start my new life! Excited!!

congratulations. I went back to work after a week... you improve so quickly from day to day. The first days are pretty rough but after that... it just gets better each day. Good luck and hope you heal well and quickly.,

I was sleeved Thursday 2--27 went back to work today. Im sore but good. I eating pureed chicken noodle soup and ssipping on protein drinks from costco they have 30g in them and water. Fri was my worst day and everyday has been better.

Glad you're doing well. My surgery is tomorrow 3-6-14.

Congrats! So glad u r doing well. I've heard of people goin back to work right after surgery. I guess it just depends on your pain tolerance.
